ORDERS & RETURNS

- When you reach the checkout point, you will be given the option of PayFast, Yoco or  EFT.

- It will mostly be the MOM and WOW Diaries that are sold in stores.

- We suggest calling any of the big Stationery outlets to find out if they do stock them.

- Some that might stock the diaries are Waltons, PNA, Exclusive Books, Wordsworth and Bargain Books.

- When checking out please choose “Collection” as your delivery method so that you don't pay another delivery fee.

- Add a comment in the shopping cart area under the heading "Do you have any specific order notes or instructions you want us to be aware of?" saying “Please add to order #.....”

- On the right hand side of the
screen, under the product name and price, you will see round icons indicating your available options.

- Click on the relevant icon to make your choice.

- Scroll down to below the "Sold Out" notification.

- You will see “email me when available”.

- Fill in your email address and you will be notified once the item is back in stock.

- We sometimes sell ahead of products being ready.

- We will always notify you in our advertising as well as having a countdown timer on the website product page.

- Once the due date arrives, we send your order to you.

- If there are delays we will communicate this with you via email.

- It does sometimes take a few days to clear back orders.

- Depending on the problem, we will decide whether we uplift the product from you or not.

- A new product will be sent off to you immediately (stock dependent).

- If your order has not been paid for, we will cancel the order for you. (You may continue to receive the payment reminders, please ignore them, they will stop after 4 reminders have been sent.)

- If your order has been paid and sent, it will need to be returned to us. Once we have received it, a refund will be done.

- Please add a note with the returned item with your name and reason for the return.

- Refunds can take a couple of days and are dependent on stock being returned in good condition.

- If your order has not been sent yet, we can easily do a swap out for you. If there is additional product cost, we will let you know.

- If your order has been sent already, you can return the item/s to us and once received, we will send the new one.

DELIVERIES

- REGIONAL AREAS: (Non-main centers) – door to door R115 per delivery

- OVERNIGHT: (All areas) – door to door R150 per delivery

- ANY AREA: – Pudo - Delivered to a locker in your area R100 per delivery

- COLLECTION: from our premises in Imhoff's Gift – Free

- PLEASE NOTE: once your order has been sent and you have been emailed your tracking number, the onus is on you to follow up on the parcel. Any returned orders due to non-collection, will be subject to a further delivery fee. Orders that are “lost” during delivery, excluding those lost due to customer negligence, will be replaced by us at no extra cost.

- DELIVERIES: most of the delivery options take between 3-5 working days. You will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track as soo as the order has been packed.

- COLLECTION: you will receive an email notifying you that your parcel is ready for collection as soon as we have packed it.

- ORDER PROCESSING: most orders are processed & packed the next working day after the order has been placed and paid for.

- In the email you were sent to choose your locker:

- Click on the “Enter your PUDO delivery details” button.

- Scroll down to the “Search PUDO Delivery Points” button.

- Type in your delivery address and choose the PUDO locker that shows as closest to you.

- Copy the locker details and paste into “Your preferred PUDO Locker Name”.

- Complete the rest of your details.

- Click on “Submit your PUDO pickup point”.

PRODUCTS

- Our standard 80g journals all come in lined, blank or dot grid pages.

- The Premium journals are 160g paper and are all dotted pages.

- Classic journals have hard covers and a classy Italian PU finish. These are only available in the 80g page option.

- Designer journals are also hard covers, but are a variety of printed designs. These are available in the 80g and 160g paper option.

- Flexi journals have soft and flexible covers, in various colours of stunning Italian leatherette material. They are available in the 80g and 160g paper option.

- Dotted pages consist of dots that intersect at 5mm. They do not create a closed box effect.

- Dot Grid pages consist of dots that are closer to each other, and intersect at 6mm. They give the effect of little boxes.

- Our 160 gram paper featured in our Premium range journals, tolerates a wide range of mediums. You can use paint, highlighters, pens (including fountain pens), ink (including painting ink), pastels and many more mediums on these pages. It is recommended that if you use a wet medium like ink or paint, to leave enough time to dry before adding more layers.

- Our 80 gram paper featured in our standard range journals can tolerate mainly common stationery items such as pens, highlighters and ink for stamps. Be careful when using pens/highlighters with very wet ink, it could potentially bleed through. Some light watercolour paint could be used on these pages, however it is not recommended you layer the paint. If you use paint on these pages, there will be some bleed.

- Our diary paper is thick enough for you to use pens, highlighters and ink for stamps, but it won’t tolerate any wet mediums such as paint.
